Sam Hagan, a seasoned professional with a diverse background and a passion for real estate, brings a unique blend of experience and expertise to Crossroads Real Estate Group. Raised in Liberty, Missouri, and Wichita, Kansas, Sam has always been deeply connected to the Heartland.

After earning a degree in journalism from the University of Kansas, Sam spent over a decade honing valuable leadership and management skills in the dynamic environment of the restaurant industry. During this time, he held managerial positions in prominent areas such as Westport, the Plaza, and Crossroads, gaining a profound understanding of the local business landscape and forging strong relationships within the community.

In 2018, Sam took the entrepreneurial leap and became the proud owner and operator of Tribe Street Kitchen, a beloved culinary establishment in the heart of the River Market district. Over the course of six successful years, he not only cultivated a thriving business but also contributed to the rich tapestry of the neighborhood. He made the decision to sell the restaurant in order to pursue a career in commercial real estate, driven by a desire to leverage his extensive
knowledge of the local market and passion for community development in new and impactful ways.

Continuing his commitment to the River Market, Sam remains deeply involved in the community as the President of the River Market Community Association, where he plays an active role in shaping the district's future and fostering collaborative initiatives. He remains connected to the service industry by owning and operating Block 15 Tavern, a popular neighborhood pub in the River Market area.

With a solid foundation in real estate, including experience in leasing restaurant/office spaces throughout the metro, as well as acquiring and renovating century-old buildings, Sam possesses a nuanced understanding of the intricacies of commercial property transactions and a keen eye for unlocking the potential of unique spaces. He leverages his diverse skill set, entrepreneurial spirit, and deep-rooted connections to drive positive change and facilitate
transformative opportunities for businesses and investors alike.
