Prairiefire is a 60 acre mixed-use development of approximately 1.2 million SF including Retail, Living, Dining, Entertainment, Offices, Hotel and a Museum. Phase I is currently 97% leased and includes over 209,000 square feet of retail. Phase II is 80,000 SF of retail which includes Chicken N Pickle (opened 2021), Andy’s Frozen Custard, Messenger Coffee, Oakstar Bank and a new-to-market Grocer. Prairiefire has a total of over 400 living units, under construction or occupied. Residential units include multi-family rental and for sale villas on the Nicklaus Golf Club which is the Southern border of Prairiefire.
