Andy Crimmins has been involved in many successful companies during his 25-year career, but his greatest asset is the relationships he’s developed and maintained along the way.
Andy has experienced the business from all sides—retail, tenant, development, and brokerage—and can deftly anticipate the needs of his clients.
When he founded Crossroads in 2016, Andy’s goal was to provide retail property owners and tenants a full range of services and expertise in one place, streamlining their leasing operations and maximizing value. With an eye toward the evolving commercial real estate landscape, elevated customer expectations, and emerging technologies, Andy helps clients meet the challenges and embrace the opportunities presented in today’s market.
To stay connected and informed, Andy is actively involved with several national and local organizations, including the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Operation Breakthrough, and the Urban Land Institute (ULI). He keeps apprised of national market trends through his work with the ULI National Product Council on Entertainment Development. Locally, Andy chairs ULI’s Real Estate Diversity Initiative (REDi), a 15-week curriculum for women and people of color.
